This hotel was well-maintained in every respect, had extremely helpful staff who provided a friendly & efficient service. The location was perfect and handy for trip in Dublin. The property was set in an extra comfy area. We thoroughly enjoyed being walk from a tram station.

Super delicious breakfast and cleaner room.
Unfortunately, there was no window to open and no air conditioning available so it was extremely stuffy and hot in the room.

Very good breakfast, very friendly staff, a great pub right next door with good food and drinks. 5 minutes by car to the tram LUAS and thus quickly into the city
Unfortunately there was only one window that could be opened. That means it could be tilted and only a tiny slit let fresh air in. It made it quite warm in the room.
