Unfortunately, there was no window to open and no air conditioning available so it was extremely stuffy and hot in the room.

The location is very convenient, just a minute's walk from a tram station, making it easy to get around. the staff at the reception are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the bar is delicious.

Very good breakfast, very friendly staff, a great pub right next door with good food and drinks. 5 minutes by car to the tram LUAS and thus quickly into the city
Unfortunately there was only one window that could be opened. That means it could be tilted and only a tiny slit let fresh air in. It made it quite warm in the room.
